How shipping works
Many items in the Sundays in the Overflow collection are made to order. This allows us to produce thoughtfully, avoid overproduction, and work with a mix of trusted fulfillment partners, including independent, family owned businesses.
Because of this, your order may ship in separate packages if items are produced by different partners.
Once an item ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Production & shipping timelines
Domestic orders (U.S.)
- Production time, approximately 3 to 7 business days
- Shipping time after production, approximately 3 to 7 business days
- Total estimated delivery window, 3 to 14 business days
International orders
- Production time, approximately 3 to 7 business days
- Shipping time after production, approximately 7 to 20 business days
- International delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal volume.
Shipping rates & destinations
- We ship within the United States and internationally
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order contents
- International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
Order changes & cancellations
Because many items are created on demand:
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun
- Please double check sizing, quantities, and shipping details before placing your order
Returns & exchanges
All items are made to order and final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Preference changes after delivery
This policy allows us to maintain low waste production and support our fulfillment partners.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved issues will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
